 Use either of the plans below for set-up, configuration and training. In addition, use the Annual Maintenance Plan for on-going support:

Annual Maintenance Plan Fixed-Fee Project

Implementation services or
continuing, on-going services throughout the year:
You choose # of hours per quarter.

Focused, short-term plan over 1-2 months. Gloo and you consult to determine what is to be covered in the project.

 Zoho CRM system setup, business process consultation, documentation and mapping; system configuration, report design/creation plus training on basic setup, marketing automation, salesforce automation, customer service automation plus activity- and contact management 

Number of hours per quarter is not specified; rather focus is on meeting specific deliverables/goals.
Payment options Up-front fee and remaining balance upon project completion.
Designed for implementations or iterative, on-going assistance. Designed to get you up-and-running and trained but not for on-going services.
This plan allows you to purchase a fixed number of service-based hours per period and is best-suited for those clients that do not have a CRM expert in-house, or whose CRM expert wishes to spend their time elsewhere, and could therefore benefit from regular consultation, configuration, training, support, system-monitoring and maintenance. This plan allows you the freedom to focus on the task at hand as opposed to how much time the task will take and is best-suited for clients who wish to get set-up and trained but do not require on-going services.

Note: You may consider both plans together: use the Fixed-Fee Project Plan to get set-up and trained and then an Annual Maintenance Plan to keep your users and system optimized.

 



Gloo services include:

  • Business Process Consultation: Start your implementation off correctly by turning-off your CRM system! That's right, nail your processes down first, then map them to your system. Starting set-up and configuration of your CRM system prior to knowing your processes is a recipe for disaster. A little planning at the start goes a long way. Specifically, Gloo can help with your marketing, sales, account management and customer service processes as they will pertain to the CRM system.
  • Set-up: Let Gloo get you started on the right foot by setting-up your users and corresponding security settings including roles and profiles.
  • Data migration, cleansing and maintenance: We'll help you move data from your previous system(s) into Zoho. Also, over time, it's easy to let a system become "messy". Gloo can help you put the processes in place to ensure your data starts clean and continues to stay that way.
  • Configuration: This is a great example of where we can save you a great deal of time. Let us do the work to determine if you require a custom field or not, whether it should be a text or text area field, a picklist or multi-picklist field, etc. We design the system with both your users in mind as well as your business intelligence and reporting requirements. Don't be one of those clients that come to us and say, "I wish we would have contacted you 6 months ago because our system is a MESS!"
    • Configuration Audit: Just in case your system IS a mess, we can offer an audit of your configurations in your Zoho system up to this point and suggestions on how to improve upon it. For example, we've seen many CRM systems and one thing that they are prone to, if not controlled by the system owners, is a proliferation of excess, redundant fields. The result is a messy system that is difficult to report from and can lead to user attrition. We want to prevent that in your system and if it's already happened, we can help reverse the trend.
    • Business Intelligence: What good is a system if you don't know how to report from it? We'll help you convert all that data into reports and dashboards that form meaningful business intelligence to help you make business decisions.
    • Training: Gloo's training engagement includes so much more than just training sessions! We start off with evaluating and documenting your current processes. This is necessary before launching into the training. Process first - then training. Then, we're ready to deliver bite-sized regular training sessions delivered live online. To complement the training, we can grant you access to parts of our video library. We can also offer one-on-one calls to support employees that need individualized attention. We round-out the service with a quiz/test that helps highlight the areas that need further focus. Your team comes away with the knowledge necessary to optimize their use of your system.
    • Web Site Integration: We'll set-up forms on your web site that downloads a new Lead, Contact or Customer Service Case instantly into your Zoho CRM system. Also, we can set-up a applicant tracking system where candidates can read your job openings and click "Apply Now" to fill-out a form and again instantly download a client directly to your Zoho Recruit system. Then, if you hire them, we can help you convert that candidate to an employee in your Zoho People system.
    • Support: You have chosen a software product that charges license fees on a subscription basis so it makes sense to do the same with services! Deploying your CRM system is just the beginning. Keep your users engaged and motivated and keep yourself up-to-date with an annual maintenance contract.
