1. Types of data you can migrate to Zoho CRM from your existing environment:

Metadata: pick lists, users, data: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Potentials, Notes, History, Attachments, Rules/Workflows/Related Data & Emails to Zoho Mail

2. Data sources:

You can use spreadsheets, emails, attachments and templates to import data from sources like MS Word, MS Excel, Open Office, Google Docs, Zoho Docs and CSV files. 

3. Migrating the data:

You will learn how to map the data from your existing system to Zoho CRM, prepare the data according to that mapping with compliance to Zoho CRM, import the data and then test the migration.
